AEP is a leadership training consultancy based upon 60 years of Special Operations training where operating calmly and making decisions under uncertain and stressful situations is paramount to not only for preserving life, but also for success in the workplace, in sports, and for all of the challenges life puts before us.

Our instructors have a unique approach to helping people reach new levels of resilience and problem-solving and find success by working as a team. Unlike most team development and personal development experiences, physical hardship is not our primary source of understanding.
