Chris joined the military in 1989, where he served with the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Ft Lewis, WA and the 1st Ranger Battalion at Hunter Army Airfield, GA before making his way to 1st Special Forces Detachment Delta at Ft Bragg, NC. While on active duty, he deployed numerous times around the world, including Afghanistan and Iraq.


After Chris’ tenure in the military, he worked for Triple Canopy as a project manager and the agent in charge of a high threat executive protection detail in Iraq.


Chris then joined the Improvised Explosive Device Task Force (IEDTF), which was instrumental in the development of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization.

Dale works for the Army's Asymmetric Warfare Group as a Leadership Development Specialist that supports The U.S. Army Learning Concept for Training and Education, a systematic approach to future learning. He was responsible for multi-million dollar project and was awarded a Meritorious Service Award from the U.S. Ambassador.


Dale is a retired Army Veteran where he served as a Senior Communications Sergeant and Team Sergeant for Operational Detachment Alpha, 10th Special Forces Group.


Dale’s awards include two Bronze Stars, a Joint Service Commendation Medal, two Meritorious Service Medals and Army Commendation Medals. He has earned the U.S. Special Forces Tab, Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Wings, and the Combat Infantry Badge. He earned a Master of Science in IT from University of Maryland University College.


Dale is supported by his wife and their daughter.

Ceci was the first woman to be hired into a full time mental performance position in Major League Baseball. She spent six seasons working with the Major League team for the Cleveland Indians.


Before that Ceci spent 6 years training Special Forces Soldiers on the mental component of performance. In 2019 Ceci came back to her work with Special Forces at Army SOCEP (Special Operations Center for Enhanced Performance) and home to North Carolina.


She maintains her relationship with the Cleveland Indians through support of their Amateur Draft process. Ceci's educational background is in applied sport science with a focus in sport psychology. She is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. Ceci talks about "The Brake System
