AEP just added a new tool to our arsenal: Talent Optimization. Data. Back in 2016, AEP's teammates took part in a Behavioral Assessment from a company called the Predictive Index. One of our teammates was a trainer for them at the time, and each of us were blown away by its results, its simplicity, and the actionable way in which its reports are written.
