AEP: Optimizing Talent with Predictive Index


AEP just added a new tool to our arsenal: Talent Optimization. Data. Back in 2016, AEP's teammates took part in a Behavioral Assessment from a company called the Predictive Index. One of our teammates was a trainer for them at the time, and each of us were blown away by its results, its simplicity, and the actionable way in which its reports are written. All of these things made it feel different from the various personality tests we'd taken in the past, and an added bonus is that it seemed to have a really positive slant in its approach to understanding people, teams and working together.
