I couldn't be more happy to share a deep conversation with a powerful Leader and very good friend of mine for nearly 20 years, Greg Washington. I Strongly recommend liking and following his social platform, Guards Down. Greg is a leader among leaders and he is making his impact felt in our community.
We quickly discovered a common goal, to share stories of vulnerability in the hopes to save a life. We get deep on some sensitive topics with the goal to change the narrative regarding mental health and PTSD.
